Winston is the absolute best. He loves his collies and the care he bestows on the puppies/adult dogs is evident.
I wanted a collie because I grew up with them. After speaking to several breeders, it was clear that WMC was my only choice.
From the first call to the pick up of our Collie, every correspondence was so pleasant and informative. Every question was answered.
His communication, care and love of collies are evident. He's such a kind soul.

I would highly recommend Winston, and West Mountain Collies for anyone who is interested in purchasing a collie. My experience has been great. The setup, and waitlist process was fair and easy. He has great communication and kept us informed throughout the wait, and was always there if I needed him.
I also purchased the CEA test, as well as MDR1 (both of which passed with excellent results). Winston was honest and let me know that the tests had a sale and credited me back that amount – something that I really appreciated.
Winston did a great job preparing our puppy for his journey to a new home since “Riley” had no issues and fit in right away. We are extremely pleased with our new puppy who is beautiful and has wonderful marks and details all around. We have had him for over a month now.
Overall, I would recommend West Mountain Collies to anyone who is interested. Winston is passionate and it shows in his puppies.

Winston d/b/a West Mountain Collies is an amazing young breeder who deserves a lot of accolades for his dedication to the Collie Breed and to breeding beautiful and healthy Collie puppies. Our journey from locating Winston and securing a puppy in an upcoming litter was seamless and quite joyous. Winston kept us apprised at every stage of the process from conception, birth, eyes open, pictures of puppies and finally a fun day to pick up our beautiful little Lassie. We have purchased several pedigreed registered puppies over the year, but my husband and I agree that we have had the best experience with Winston and West Mountain Collies.
